The Megamind is a tier 5 tank that upgrades from the Hivemind at level 60.

Design

The Megamind looks exactly like the Hivemind but with a thicker dark border. The Megamind's probes are identical to the main tank in size, design, and firepower.

Technical

Like other probe tanks, the Megamind summon probes from its body. They are minions with visible health bar and the same size of their owner (lvl 60 tank size). The "barrel" that spawns probes have a low reload, but needs a long "cooldown", making all the minions spawn roughly at once. The Megamind has higher reload but less damage than the Basic and is also faster than the Basic. The probe's cannons have precisely half the reload of the main tank's. and noticeably lower stats.

Upgrades

The Megamind upgrades from  Hivemind at level 60. It does not upgrade any further.

Strategy

As the Megamind

• You are even faster than Basic. Use that to your advantage to get away from your opponents quickly.
• Stay away from Bullet Spam tanks, they can kill your probes very easily.
• Fighting a skilled nuke shooter is a waste of time. Neither of you will win.
• Attack and swarm slow reload tanks. You have four basics surrounding him. Ez Win.
• Beware of Sniper and Pounder branches. They can easily penetrate through all your probes and damage you a lot.
• Use speedy spammer build to make use of your high RoF.

Against the Megamind

• If you are using a high DPS tank or high burst damage tank, you should destory the probes first, as ther are much easier to penetrate and respawn slower compared to these stupidly strong minions. Otherwise, their strong bullets can be a big problem.
• The Megamind does not have extra FoV and can be sniped easily.
