The Over-Angle is a tier 5 tank which upgrades from Fighter, Surfer and Overseer at level 60
Design[]
The Over-Angle is a Fighter but it's side barrels are replaced with drone barrels. They look a little different than Overseer's barrels, looking closer to a Basebrid's spawner barrel.
Technical[]
Like Fighter, the Over-Angle's front bullet deals the most damage, while the rear bullets do the least. The side barrels are AI drones, so this might deal damage for any player that tries to come and ram you. You can hold a maximum of 4 AI drones. The rear barrels help boost the Over-Angle forward faster than the Tri-Angle but slower than the Booster.
Strategy[]
As The Over-Angle[]
- Upgrade Movement Speed and Max Health, since you might be under heavy fire while fighting.
- Go for distracted tanks or tanks without a lot of bullets.
- Try to let your drones deal damage too.
- Boost near people in a hit-and-run style to aggro your drones onto them as you get away safely.
Against The Over-Angle[]
- Use bullet spammers to block Over-Angle's bullets and drones and deter it.
- When using a drone tank, keep your drones close by. Also be careful the AI drones give Over-Angle more defense
- One-shot tanks like Destroyer (Tank) are better.
Trivia[]
- This tank is somewhat similar to the Protozoa, as they are both "hybrid" versions of tanks whose spawners are mounted to the sides instead. Both of their parent tanks are also level 30 (Double Twin and Tri-Angle).
- This is the only Tri-Angle class that utilizes drones.
