Tutorial:How to broadcast messages in game using the Arras Controller Discord bot

This no longer works, the Arras Controller bot have ceased to exist since June 2023

You might be wondering how to broadcast messages and chat, like this one.

First, you should join the woomy-arras.io discord. This brings many other benefits, such as having notifications for dev events, and being able to vote on community decisions. Go to the homepage (https://woomy-arras.io), and click on "Woomy-arras.io Discord". Note: You need to have a discord account - registering requires a gmail and being of at least 13 years of age (they really take this one seriously).

Get verified in #verified - don't be afraid to ping a moderator or administrator, but keep in mind that your account has to be at least 1 day old to get verified. To broadcast messages, go to #bot-commands, type and send "+ph help", there you will see the prefix for all the gamemodes.

Use {prefix}br{message} to broadcast.

You can also use +help to find other commands, such as {prefix}pl, which gives the player list for the corresponding server, and {prefix}dm {playerid} {message} - player ID can be found by {prefix}pl, and {prefix}rt / {prefix}ut, which gives the time until restart or server uptime for the corresponding server respectively.

However, some commands (such as {prefix}cb{colorhex} {message}) are restricted to BT and above, so be aware that you cannot use them.
